At Sai Edunom Media Private Limited, we strive to provide the best educational consultancy services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel our services. 1. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your service request, you must notify us via email at Lambodar@edunom.com or call us at +91 9821533240.
- Cancellations are subject to review, and approval is at the sole discretion of Sai Edunom Media Private Limited.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund of the registration amount will be provided under the following conditions:
- If the student does not qualify in NEET.
- If the student secures admission in a Government Medical College.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Any bank processing fees or service charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultancy fees once the admission process has started.
- Any payment made towards application form fees, processing charges, or documentation.
- Payments for personalized counseling sessions or educational seminars.
