- The exam will be held online.
- 140 multiple-choice questions to be answered within 2 hours.
- The medium of the question paper is English.
- Each Question carries + 1 mark for the correct answer in the question paper.
- The 4 key sections are verbal ability, reading comprehension, quantitative ability, data adequacy, and data interpretation.
- The verbal ability section has 50 questions, the reading comprehension section has 30 questions, the quantitative ability section has 30 questions, and the data adequacy and data interpretation has 30 questions.
- The verbal ability section has topics like sentence structure, vocabulary, use phrases, scramble paragraphs, etc.
- The reading Comprehension section consists of reading passages, and question-related to the content.
- The quantitative ability section has topics from mathematics and arithmetic.
- The Data adequacy and data interpretation section has topics like data analysis, data comparison, etc.
Cut off for IBSAT
Here is the cut-off for IBSAT:
- The cut-off will be decided by the ICFAI business school after publishing the result of the exam.
- The 2024 cutoff has not been released yet, so here are some examples from the 2023 cutoff.
- IBS Hyderabad - 75 to 80 percentile, IBS Mumbai- 72 to 75 percentile, IBS Gurgaon- 70 to 75 percentile, IBS Pune- 65 to 70 percentile, IBS Kolkata- 60 to 65 percentile, IBS Dehradun- 55 to 60 percentile.
Application process for IBSAT
Following is the application process for IBSAT:
- For the Application students have to go to the official website of IBSAT 2024.
- There they have to enter a valid email, and mobile number to have an account on the website.
- After that they have to log in with their new ID and password then they have to fill out the application form.
- they have to put in additional details like personal and academic details, date of birth, address, etc.
- Then They have to pay the application fee through the online method.
- The application Fee is 1800 INR.
- After that candidates must crosscheck all the details they have filled out before submitting.
